The beginning motivation

For the all cases concerning causes of motivation: 
we must act all the time (even when we subconsciously dreaming about anything) because we are alive . The first motivation for humans and not only for them - we must do something.

And it happens - the individual chooses (for instance, when and how to stand up).

Are we free? Aristotle

Freedom, to prefer freedom, is our guide for life.

For others, priority is to gain power and/or money.

Domāšana un valoda, tā nav politika

Valoda ir domāšanas instruments.

Domāšana - tā ir saruna pašam ar sevi, saruna mūža garumā (interacting of thoughts in one's head, community of one).

Tas, kā es domāju, ir atkarīgs no manas agrās bērnības, turpmākās pieredzes, vērtībām - ko neapzināti un apzināti uzskatu par svarīgākajām un svarīgām, no tuviem un tālākiem mērķiem - un attiecīgām manām darbībām. Katrs darbs ir mērķtiecīga piepūle.

Ko un kā domāt, ar kādiem simboliem un kādā valodā, un kāpēc tā - katrs pats izvēlas savus domāšanas līdzekļus.

Cilvēkiem vajadzētu saprast, ka jēdziens "valoda" nedrīkst būt par politikas ieroci cilvēku pārvaldīšanai.

kas ļauj indivīdam justies kā valstiskās kopienas loceklim.

un, no otras puses, noteiktu sociālo aģentu un struktūru
mijiedarbes rezultātā tiek konstruēta sociālā identitāte,
citiem vārdiem, piederības sajūta noteiktām kopienām.
Indivīdam var piemist daudzas un dažādas identitātes,
veidojot noteiktas hierarhijas, kur vienām identitātēm indivīds
piešķir lielāku nozīmi, bet citas uzskata par mazāk
nozīmīgām.
Pētnieki, kas pievēršas nacionālās identitātes teorētiskai
izpētei, norāda gan uz indivīda aktivitātes nozīmīgumu,
gan arī aplūko valsts centienus un arsenālus nacionālās
identitātes veidošanā.

What may seem to be technical sophistication to you may not impress them if they need to wade through a maze of screens and clicks to share a piece of knowledge or to find what they are looking for. You need to keep your portal easy to use (always remember your users have very little time for this and do not have to use it unless they want to). The user interface must be clean, friendly and uncluttered. Knowledge sharing must be as simple as writing an email with an attachment. Finding knowledge or searching must be easy and fast. Do not try to impress your users with sophisticated (cluttered) screens. But build the required technical sophistication at the back-end so that a search by a user is fast and gives relevant results that meet their requirement."

Но этого всего недостаточно.

У меня есть какая-то нечеткая и такая, туманная на все это реакция, которую мог бы, может быть, уточнить и придать ей какую-то другую лексику человек более духовный и возвышенный чем я.

Ну, во-первых, конечно, в России, действительно, изношены все механизмы, все имеющиеся механизмы и все имеющиеся машины кроме одной, которая блестяще работает, - машины по истреблению народа и страны. Вот эта машина, запущенная в 1991 году, набирает обороты, она прекрасно смазывается. Если какая-то деталь из нее выпадает или изнашивается, ее тут же заменяют новой. И в машине...

Вот, сейчас такая ситуация, что нет человека, который ответственен за эту машину. Потому что все, включая и президентов, и премьер-министра, - часть этой машины. Машина хозяйничает над ними. Испорчено все, повторяю, все механизмы испорчены – изношены самолеты, пароходы, станки, метрополитен, дороги, изношены элиты, изношено человеческое сознание. Испорчен и изношен президент, абсолютно изношен и испорчен, и не поддается, может быть, исправлению премьер."
